• Eligibility: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/packaging intact.
• Strict Exclusions: Sale/discounted items are Final Sale and strictly ineligible for return or exchange. Items used for commercial shoots/content creation cannot be returned.
• Return Fees: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that import duties & taxes are non-refundable by Jenny K Tran, as these are paid directly to your local customs.
• Exchanges & Cancellations: Orders can only be changed or canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, we recommend a "Return & Reorder."
