Delivery costs are estimated at $40 - $170 USD per delivery address, depending on the quantity of items ordered and the destination location.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 weekdays, calculated from when the package leaves the store. The shipping company does not deliver on weekends and local holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of successful payment confirmation

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

Local import duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt and may be affected by customs and excise delays. These charges are the customer's responsibility. JENNY K TRAN is not responsible for any delays caused by the forwarder or local customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about potential charges before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, exchanges are supported in the following circumstances:

1. Our Error: If JENNY K TRAN delivers the wrong color, size, or design compared to your order, we will cover shipping costs for the exchange.

2. Size Exchange Request: If you request to exchange for a different size than originally ordered, we will assist with one (1) exchange only. You are responsible for paying both return shipping and re-shipment fees

What are the conditions for returns and refunds?

Returns/refunds are accepted when:

  • Customer paid but did not receive the product or all ordered products
  • The product is defective or damaged during transportation
  • JENNY K TRAN delivered wrong products (wrong size, color, design, etc.)

Important: An unboxing video and original purchase invoice are mandatory for all return and exchange requests. Requests without video proof will not be accepted

What condition must items be in for returns?

All items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all original tags intact
  • With all packaging intact (including zip bags if applicable)
  • Including all accessories (such as belts) if they came with the item

Items returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.
