Jenny K Tran offers complimentary worldwide express delivery via DHL for all online orders to eligible international destinations, strictly excluding sale items.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination zone. Kindly expect longer delivery times for affected areas. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders designated to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.
To maintain transparency and service integrity, Jenny K Tran reserves the right to decline or cancel any order post-purchase due to inventory inaccuracies, technical pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such instances, a full refund will be issued.

In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Pre-Order Items:The specific completion and dispatch date for each item will be detailed directly on its respective product page.
Combined Orders: If your purchase includes a mix of both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will default to being dispatched together once the pre-order items are fulfilled. Should you request to receive your In-Stock items ahead of time, we happily support up to two (2) separate shipments at no additional cost.

To ensure seamless customs clearance and prevent courier delays, specific destination regions require mandatory compliance identification at checkout:
- GULF Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman): A valid local phone number is mandatory for delivery coordination. All address lines must be written fully and accurately in English.
- Brazil: A valid CNPJ or CPF number must be provided in the "Additional Information" section during checkout, as strictly mandated by Brazilian customs regulations.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your purchase must strictly adhere to the following standards:

Condition: Items must be returned in their pristine, original condition - unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and completely free from makeup marks, perfumes, stains, or odors.
Packaging & Tags: All original packaging must be returned intact. All original tags - including the swing tag, size tag, care tag - must remain unbroken, attached, and undamaged.
Timeframe: The request must be formally initiated within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date.
Strict Exclusions:
Final Sale: Items purchased during seasonal sales, promotional events, or marked as discounted are considered Final Sale and are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.

Validity: The provided return label is strictly valid for 5 days from the date of issue. The package must be dispatched within this window.
Deduction: The applicable return shipping fee, calculated and presented during the final step of the return initiation process, will be deducted from your final merchandise refund.
